Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Only products purchased directly from our official store/website are eligible for exchange.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Used candles or products showing signs of use.
- Customized or personalized candle orders.
- Products purchased during sale or clearance events (unless defective).
Exchange Process
